Material is on the thinner side, but that is what I wanted - something that would layer easily. It also washes well. I’ve washed it once and it has stayed soft with very minimal shrinkage. True to size. I got an XL and it fits nicely. Not too baggy or too loose. (I’m 5’3” 180lbs & most of my weight is in my hips)

This helps the overall look,(matching bottoms) look less pajama-like, as sweatsuits in one color seem to do. I did get it on sale because I do find Roots pricing, and many other companies selling sweatshirts/ hoodies, a bit high, sonI always wait for a sale. This purchase perfect.
