Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beware of Final Sale Items ie cannot be returned I am very disappointed with the quality of this long coat —I wore it for one day and the ‘pilling’ of the material is terrible…Also sizing is advertised as unisex but it does not make sense—it definitely is a man’s coat…The buttons; the shoulders; the sizing…I bought on Final Sale—I will not purchase on Final Sale again with Roots…

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed Maybe I’m overreacting, but I feel like a high-quality wool coat should have securely attached buttons. This is my first time owning one, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but within just a few weeks, the buttons on my coat started coming loose, and now two have already fallen off. When I went to the store to ask about it, I was just told to sew them back on because "buttons tend to fall off." I found that response surprising since my friends have wool coats from different brands, and theirs have held up just fine. Not sure if this is normal, but it’s a bit disappointing.
