As much as I appreciate Roots for coming out with Lunar New Year merchandise, I find it a little lacking in terms of how it represents the new year. Because there is gold writing? Because they offer it in red? I wish they included more lunar new year specific images/art on the hoodies to really represent how the new year is celebrated.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap quality I've purchased the lunar new year sweater from last year and it was good quality and soft fleece inside. This year, the quality is very cheap, material is thin and there is no fleece on the inside. It is scratchy and feels like an old towel. Very uncomfortable to wear and seems more like summer attire. Quite disappointed with this purchase.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The cost of these are extremely decieving I ordered the entire family these hoodies and the matching sweatpants... only to realize they're made of the terry fleece.... for $62 I'd expect these to be made in their original thick cozy fleece. How are you charging more for less? You can't even wear the pants out in the winter time.. they're soo incredibly thin it's ridiculous. I've ordered their lunar collection every year since they've started doing them and this is the first year they've done them in this material... and the wild part is the adult sweaters are in the thick fleece material!! So disappointed.
