Rated 1 out of 5 by from Material change? Pills and pulls immediately I was overconfident. I have a few pairs of journey leggings from roots. Both with and without pockets. The older ones feel just like Lululemon - but at a fraction of the cost and I LOVE them. The pocket leggings here at roots are usually amazing. I wear them all the time. Once falls hits I have my leggings on. These sorts of things pill. They just do. But it's usually pretty small and not that noticeable. This time however, these things pulled at the top of the quad. It's not pilling it's more like a run on tights. The material looks and feels different too. I can't even figure out how I pulled these things. I put them on and they had unsightly "pulls." It happened in this pair (unfortunately non-refundable), and in a pair I bought without pockets. I am going to try and return those. I'm really sad and disappointed. I don't know how I can wear these or get rid of them. I'd be embarrassed to donate them. All this in mind - I cannot recommend these pants. I recommend trying something different as Roots is a wonderful brand and I usually love their products.
