I bought this bag two months ago but ended up bringing it back soon after. While the look and prince leather are great the zipper was very stiff and I was hoping it would be a little roomier. I already have three other Roots bags (Edie, Side Saddle and Newport Tote) in price leather and needed this one to be larger than the Edie for me to justify keeping it, particularly in light of the tricky stiff zipper.

Needs a bit more care during production
The leather itself is nice and the design is cute BUT for the price, the bag should be finished with more care.
The crossbody strap ends are stitched and glued, but the end without the adjustable buckle is missing two securing stitches that the buckle side has. The glue is sloppy and visibly coming apart, missing on one end, and the strap is actually glued at a bit of an angle and is not flush with the edges of the strap it's glued down to.
As for the tassel, the wrap is stitched on in the middle but the glue on the edges is messy and weak. Again it's not glued on flush with the edges, so there's a bit of leather sticking out and I'm sure it's a weak point that will unravel soon.
I'm already trying to source fiebings or fenice leather edge paint to cover these ends. Really sucks cuz I shouldn't have to fix a brand new purse! If you want to buy this I would suggest buying in store and trying to pick the one with the best finishing.
My emails to customer service have gone unanswered, not the best impression when I've just bought a purse that has a few issues off the bat!

Perfection!
I bought this bag during a sale on a whim. Best purchase I have made! The size is perfect for me. I have to use a crossbody due to a shoulder/back issue and this one is light, durable and looks great! I can wear it all day with no strain on my neck back or shoulders. I love the tassel and the durable zipper. The leather feels like it’s getting softer all the time. Very happy with my purchase!

amazing purse!!!
I have been searching for the perfect black leather cross body, and I have found it in the Anna Clutch Prince! It literally just arrived, and the first thing I did was see if it fits my big wallet, and VOILA! It is dainty, and very feminine looking but so practical at the same time! Not only does it fit my wallet, but there is plenty of room for my iphone 6, and a lipgloss, and keys. It may have a slight bulge with all of that, but it is just so cute, and versatile. I can see this being my "go to" everyday purse! I love that the strap comes off and you can use it at a clutch. Perfect for everyday, and a night out! IN LOVE!!!

Go to purse!
I've using this purse for about a month now, and I have no complaints. The quality of the leather is amazing (like all of Roots products). It goes with everything, you can dress it up or dress it down. You can even remove the straps and use it as a clutch.
