Holiday Returns & Exchanges

Holiday Return Policy

All Holiday Gift purchases from October 14th to December 9th that fall outside our regular 30-day return policy may be refunded/exchanged with an original receipt onto the original method of payment on or before January 9th. Returns made with a gift receipt may be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

Please Note: Any purchases made after December 9th will follow our regular 30-day return policy with an original or gift receipt.

Shipping Cut-Offs & Rates

To receive your packages by December 25th, we recommend placing your order by the following dates:

GTA: 9:00am EST December 21st

Rest of Ontario & Quebec: December 16th

National Canada: December 15th

Remote Canada: December 8th

US Destinations: 1pm EST December 16th

International: December 7th

When your shipping confirmation is received, it will include your order’s shipment tracking link. Please use the unique link sent to you to track your package's shipping time or click here.

International Orders: The Duty & Tax calculator is available for select countries, to be included in your checkout cost. You will have a chance to review your duty before checkout.

Sending someone a gift from We have several great gift options available to you.

Include a Gift Receipt + Add a Personal Gift Message

Please note: By selecting gift receipt, any item returned will go to a store credit.

On the bottom of the Shopping Bag page look for the “Include Gift Receipt” checkbox. A gift receipt for your entire order will be sent with your order.

You may personalize your gift by adding a message to the order. At no charge, we will print your message onto a gift card that will be sent to the recipient along with the package.

You may also download/print your gift receipt on the final checkout page.

Gift Cards

Send an eCard right to your recipient's email inbox. eCards are digital gift cards that can be sent by email or text message directly to the gift recipient.
