Rated 2 out of 5 by from Colour not as pictured I ordered this online and it arrived today- I was disappointed to find that the colour was WAY different than what was pictured on the website. Also, I ordered the XXS and it was HUGE. Not true to size. Will be returning.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice but not as pictured I just received my sweater in “true blue” and it’s definitely not the same colour as advertised, it’s navy. I know colours are a bit off online and in person but it’s not even close to the same. Pretty disappointed as I loved the blue pictured.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Gender Free fit not the same The zip stein has long been my favorite style from Roots - I owned 4 before purchasing this one. The size comparison told me that if I'm a women's medium I should get a "Gender free" small, however, the small is HUGE and just generally ill-fitting. I get the decision to make things gender free, but unfortunately I won't be buying it in the future based on the fit.
