Good quality, comfortable bootI have been wearing these boots for about a month now, so this can be considered and informed review. Overall, I am very happy with them. They are relatively lightweight for this type of boot, and were pretty comfortable right away. The leather appears durable and of good quality. The slightly distressed "waxy nubuck" style means you don't need to worry too much about scratches and things; it just because part of the patina of you wearing the boots. I find that the right foot is more comfortable than the left foot, with some pinching over the top of my toes, but I think that is more the fault of my feet than the boots. The contrasting saddle stitch welt gives these a unique look. I love the maple leaves of the tread, and the nice think sole looks like it should last a good while. I have been wearing them about once a week so far and there is minimal signs of wear. It is a nice bonus that they come with a spare set of leather laces, although I would have liked to see grommets around the laces, as it would make it easier to tighten and loosen the laces.
