Rated 3 out of 5 by from Stretched to a size larger Overall quality is wonderful but I had trouble with the fit. I measured using the Roots chart and picked a ladies medium, I’m 5,8 inches 162lbs. When I received the sweats I put them on and they fit good but as the day went on they bagged out so much that my camping friends laughed at my pants saying they were horrible and made my rear look like I was wearing a diaper. Needless to say I put them away and will only wear them around the house in private. When I contacted Roots to tell them about this problem they sent me a blanket email saying I could return if unworn and washed, this does not help me at all. I should have ordered a ladies small, which I have not been since I was a teenager, I am regularly a medium. I don’t know if others have had this problem as I saw the reviews for this product were great. I am very disappointed with the response I received from Roots as this is not good customer service as far as I’m concerned.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from bobbling fabric again I love roots joggers, they always fit well and are true to size and are so comfy and warm, i think my only disappointment is because i have large thighs that touch the fabric does tend to bobble quite quickly as i have only wore them about 6 times so far and they are already bobbling

I should have ordered medium, but it's not just that--the length is also very long on me (I'm 5'3). Is there a petite option/short size I don't know about? Have to return and maybe once the stores reopen, actually try one on in the store.
