The length in the medium slim cuff sweatpant short is perfect for me, as I am 5' tall and weigh 135lbs. I also really like the fact that the leg is slimmer & more flattering on me than the original style. The cuff style is easy to wear inside boots or sitting on top of running shoes.

It's so hard to find cute sweatpants with an inseam less than 28" so I appreciate that Roots carries 26" for the shorties. I have both the varsity green and black pepper and wear them ALL THE TIME. I only wish they came in more colours. Please Roots! Make the short inseam slim cuff in trendier shades. Thanks!

I was really happy to find the short inseam option, since we vertically-challenged folks often feel (and look) totally swamped in regular-length pants. He takes a 34 to 36" waist, and the sweatpants are appropriately sized everywhere, so that they fit him comfortably without being too baggy. Service was quick and efficient.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good for petite and shorter people! I'm 5 feet and these fit nicely. My only issue is that the waist is a tad too big but the drawstring fixes that! I got a small and my measurements are 26 inch waist, 37 inch hips and I normally wear a 25 inch inseam for pants. These hit me right where my foot and ankle meet. No complaints since it's sooo hard to find pants for shorties :)

My previous pair are XS which are much baggier now (I usually wear XS). They are very comfortable and I love the green colour. Will purchase more.

I wasn’t sure I liked the fit in the store, but the store clerk looked online and there was a ‘short’ length available so I ordered those (size XL, I’m 5’2”). They fit wonderfully! I ordered another pair online but there was no option for a short length but they’ll be fine for wearing at home. I would love it if the website had the length options readily available to choose! Very pleased with this purchase.
