Rated 2 out of 5 by from Over priced for the quality and design I have bought Roots bags for decades and been delighted with them. This bag is a massive disappointment. It is the last Roots bag I will ever buy. For this price, you should get a well constructed piece that will last. The shoulder strap ripped out of the seam after a month of regular use. I took it back to the store and they refused to repair it, as I hadn't kept the original recipe after I was told I wouldn't need it with the ' online profile' they created at the time of purchase. A local leatherworker tried to fix it for me, but the design of the bag can't support a shoulder strap. I wanted a hands-free bag, now I'm stuck with $400 worth of broken inconvenience.
