Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Love this coat yes the sleeves are a little short the sleeves fit the size of the coat. However, the coat is very very big like an extra small. I am swimming in and I would wear a small to fit me well and a medium to be oversized I am 5 foot one and 120 pounds. I got an extra small and it’s perfect. The sleeves fit me perfectly if I put my arms over my head yes they go halfway up to my elbow but if I’m just doing things they fit just fine and when I’m walking around they don’t look short at all. They look completely normal. If even a little baggy they’re absolutely perfect. This jacket is a must have. I’m going to get two of them , in case anything ever happens to it this is a jacket I want to have for the rest of my life. I am so cosy and so comfy. I got so many compliments.

Now mine came burned im guessing on shipping?! Devastated to say the least bc i need this coat in my life everyday! So classy so cozy very lux! Aa a die hard roots girl with a die hard roots family.. this is a must! Just waiting for customer service to send me a new one in the mail :( they phone rep was great and assured me a new one on no time! So I cant wait to wear it like regularly lol :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love it but broken zipper I bought this jacket little less than a month ago and it came with the zipper stuck at the top, which I "fixed" but now it keeps getting stuck and opens from the bottom, but no returns 😔 other than that, nice warm jacket. I actually love it.
