In our pledge to be more sustainable, our one collection is made from 80% organic cotton and 20% recycled fibres. Featuring an elasticated waistband and drawcord, front zipper welt pockets and elastic leg cuffs. Embellished with our Roots wordmark at the left hip.

I like that they’re not too long they hit perfectly at my ankle. I personally really like the zipper pockets! Keeps a really sleek look and I don’t have to worry about my phone falling out. I’m a XXL and tried the 6 and 7. They fit me pretty similarly but I went with the 7 for a bit more room in the waist.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Tall folks don’t waste your money Would not suggest buying these if you’re tall. I’m 6’0 and these sweatpants don’t even come to my ankles, they lol ridiculous. Considering they’re a unisex pant, I expected the same length as all my other Roots sweatpants. The colouring of the pants is also very different from the photos - the pants are a pastel pink and not as bright as in the photos.

They are so comfy and I love the fit straight out of the wash and then after a couple of days when they fit a little baggier. I'm really pleased with the quality of these as well. Love the zippered pockets. Overall sturdy, comfy, and a great unisex fit. I bought a size that felt a little tight in store but they stretch out perfectly after a couple hours.

The sizing for this range is terrible (this sits on my hips loosely, whereas the size down is snug at my natural waist), but what can you do. Most of the seams popped after the first wash (inside out, cold water, for gentle items - and then I hung dry) so quality was pretty sub par.
