I took it into the store and asked for an exchange, but was told final sale means final sale no matter what shape it’s in. I have to accept it. I will never shop at roots again.

I bought the one hoodie in a size too small online and brought it into the store for an exchange, for one size bigger. At least I thought I did, the worker said it should be shipped from another store and arrive in 2 weeks minimum. But when I went into the store to check if it had arrived I was told that my receipt states that i walked out with the correct size the day that I exchanged it but that never happened. Basically in the end I was refunded my money because the size in the color I wanted was sold out everywhere. I am very disappointed as I was in love with the orangey brown version. Unfortunately I know humans make mistakes but this one has me left very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hoodie I was going to purchase a less expensive hoodie from a different company but I’m so glad I didn’t this hoodie fits true to size and is exceptional quantity nice thickness,( hoodie neck area doesn’t lay flat it lays a little elevated if that makes any sense if you know you know , clean lines no strings
