Rated 1 out of 5 by from Colour Runs, Poor Quality I wrote this review and received a response, and they they deleted my review! So I'm reposting it here. The red dye that is used ran when I washed it per Roots' instructions. I now have a light pink and red sweater. Roots customer service told me that they did not have a "quality policy" so I could not return or exchange the sweater. They blamed my washer for being bad... my washer is newer and quite wonderful, actually :)
