Include a Gift Receipt + Add a Personal Gift Message
Please note: By selecting gift receipt, any item returned will go to a store credit.
On the bottom of the Shopping Bag page look for the “Include Gift Receipt” checkbox. A gift receipt for your entire order will be sent with your order.
You may personalize your gift by adding a message to the order. At no charge, we will print your message onto a gift card that will be sent to the recipient along with the package.
You may also download/print your gift receipt on the final checkout page.
Send an eCard right to your recipient's email inbox. Or purchase a physical gift card at one of our stores or at participating retailers across Canada.

You may return items purchased at roots.com by simply mailing the unworn item back to us, click here for additional details.
Holiday Return Policy
All Holiday Gift purchases from November 1st to December 14th that fall outside our regular 30 day return policy may be refunded/exchanged with an original receipt onto the original method of payment on or before January 12th. Returns made with a gift receipt may be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

Returns with Gift Receipts
