If you would like to check the current status of your order, you may visit our Order Tracker and use the order number found in your confirmation email.
We will provide you with a shipment tracking number in a Shipment Confirmation email before tracking information appears on the appropriate carrier's website.

If you think your order is late, please note that:
Express orders placed after noon Eastern Time, weekends and holidays will not be processed until the next business day. If your order contains a backordered item, your order may be held in an effort to send your complete order all at the same time. Credit Card authorization and verification must be received prior to your order being processed. Delivery occurs: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Holiday Shipping Information
We recommend that you place your roots.com Canada order at least 10 business days before any major holiday with standard delivery and 3 business days with express delivery. We can only guarantee delivery of orders where all items are in stock.

This is because Roots may fulfill the order with items from more than one location. Regardless of the number of shipments you receive, you'll only be charged the amount that was originally provided when you placed your order. You will be charged for each item as it's shipped, but only charged for shipping once.
