HEALTH TIP

Kept in the dark: Our energy levels during the day are directly related to the quality of sleep we get at night. To ensure that we sleep our deepest, our rooms need to be as dark as possible because the more light that our brain senses, the more alert it will be. To ensure the desired effect, use blackout blinds if necessary or an eyemask (which is also great to have when traveling on an extended trip by plane, train or bus).
