HEALTH TIP #9

The latest in our series of easy ways to stay healthy

Drink enough water: You’ve probably heard this a thousand times, but it bears repeating. Aim to drink ½ oz. of water per pound of bodyweight every day to increase your energy, accelerate your metabolism and detoxification.
Drinking water also reduces stress hormones that lead to premature aging. It’s especially beneficial to start your day with a large glass of water. Try adding some fresh lemon or a bit of lime juice. It’s good for you and many people find it easier to drink than plain water.
