The latest in our series of easy ways to stay healthy
Manage stress: Don’t sweat the small stuff. Count your blessings and nurture “yin” (calm) in the evening. If you feel like you’re caught in a cycle of stress that you can’t break, consider working with a Naturopath or other natural health care provider to get help in bringing your body and mind back into balance.
