The latest in our series of easy ways to stay healthy

These are the fifth and sixth food groups. It’s best to get sun exposure in the morning or late afternoon to avoid the risk of sunburn (which is unquestionably harmful). Getting out for a walk and fresh air in the evening after dinner is one of the most enjoyable and relaxing things you can do, especially at this time of year.
